  • Hands-on Experience as a Management Consultant and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for varied kind of industries in manufacturing, retail and services with an extensive study on every aspect of the Business process of the Enterprise with the detailed AS IS Study, gap analysis to ensure structured growth of the organisation with process controls & systems controls in place.
  • Have been part of the Board of Directors of a listed company for more than 5 years analysing and spearheading business processes at length to ensure proper steering of the business with appropriate systems and processes in place.
  • Have been actively participating as a speaker in various forums, study circles and WEBINTs conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India on professional development and student development programs.
